Business Development Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to qualification
- Actively reach out to new potential clients
- Organize product presentations
- Capture and explore project opportunities that align with our brands
- Update and monitor leads/projects
- Ensure that client inquiries and feedback are promptly shared and addressed to enhance client satisfaction and increase opportunities.
- Site Meetings
- Identify and evaluate bidding opportunities relevant to our services.
- Arrange meetings with proponents and serve as the initial point of contact.
- Meet regularly with owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
Marketing Duties:
- Conduct market research
- Maintain contact with consultants through regular office visits.
- Conduct field research
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
- Gather and share customer feedback to enhance products and services.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, and events to promote the company and its offerings
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Good understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
