COST ANALYST
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize cost proposals and quotations for endorsement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of requirements
- Coordinate with international and local suppliers via email, chat, and phone to gather required information
- Monitor and manage email communications related to quotation requests, client inquiries, and supplier updates
- Prepare Master Sales Orders
- Participate in meetings, including coordination and project discussions
- Maintain and regularly update key reports such as the Quotation Worksheet and Pending Lists
Requirements:
- Graduate of Finance, Business Administration, BS Commerce, or any related course
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to render extended working hours when needed
- A team player with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
